Llena de gratitud publico el p[r]esente exvoto. Arandas, septiembre de 1923. Ma. Trinidad Zabala de Domínguez." Translation of inscription at bottom: “Victim of terrible infirmity according to faculty opinion. I turned to the Virgin of Guadalupe in demand of health and she heard my prayer and obtained it by her power. Full of gratitude I present this Ex-voto. Arandas. September 1923. Ma.
