Label Text
This toy is characteristic of the subjects that inspired Edward Weston. Unlike some photographers who were drawn to the urban and industrial subjects of modern Mexico, Weston was interested in the country’s finely crafted wares, the indigenous populations, and the deep connection Mexico’s people had to the land.
