Aunt Denise made all the decorations for Nephratiti’s wedding including the headpiece in her camper that she uses as her art studio on the side of the house. She’s worked most of her life as a secretary doing clerical work at Christ Fellowship Missionary where she painted two large murals. Aunt Denise is also a singer and karaoke DJ. She has a hit single called "jam, jam, jam tonight" from the ’90s that she played at the wedding reception as the DJ. Shea’s Uncle Rodney and Aunt Denise met when Denise became the lead singer in his band and they married soon after. He is an inventor and former teacher at the University of Michigan Flint. He is teaching his granddaughter Keona how to navigate the world of science. (LaToya Ruby Frazier)
