Provenance: This work was installed in a private home on Park Avenue in Tobin Hill. The owner removed the tiles when they moved out of state. Several years later, they sold the tiles to Susan Toomey Frost, who had them restored in 2019 by Mike Yaeck of Yesterware Restorations in Bakersfield, CA. Larry Lindsey of Lindsey Ornamental Iron in Tehachapi, CA recreated the original design found in the Mexican Arts and Crafts catalogue featuring the work. The La Paloma design appears in the same catalogue.
