Although originally part of a cermic scultpture or vessel, it has been repurposed as a pendant, as indicated by the drilled holes near both eyes. The two front teeth, bulbous nose, and encircled eyes are suggestive of the Maya rain god - Chaac. (Bernadette Cap, 2021)
