DescriptionThis object represents the epitome of Vietnamese long ceramic production.
The small round covered box is decorated with exquisitely painted images. This box is painted combining underglaze cobalt blue with overglaze enamels. The flat surface is painted with a landscape: trees and vegetation grown on gentle mountain ridges. The box's sides are decorated with six alternating panels of plants and crossed patterns.
