DescriptionA slender baluster vase with elephant head handles, decorated in linear white slip filled in with turquoise, ochre and white on an aubergine ground with a butterfly above lotus between bands of lappets and ruyi heads on the body, the shoulder with a band of key-pattern and the neck with a stork amongst clouds at either side above a band of stiff leaves surmounted by cloud-scrolls on the slightly flaring rim, the neck interior and base green.On view
